Manages lease data integrity, lifecycle administration, critical-date tracking, and lease accounting under ASC 842. Supports journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, disclosures, month-end and year-end close, reporting, audits, and SOX controls. Collaborates with global finance, legal, operational, and accounting teams while maintaining accurate lease records and assisting with accounting risk and owned-asset projects.

Participate in a 2–3 year Finance Development Program with 6–12 month rotations across corporate, group, and plant finance. Build analytical, technical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills while gaining broad exposure to finance in a manufacturing environment. Participants receive coaching and mentorship, manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and deliver results throughout each rotation.

Analyze freight, vendor, financial, and logistics data to improve supply chain costs and performance. Develop lane recommendations, route optimization models, and KPI reporting for inbound supply chain operations. Manage logistics databases and transportation optimization tools, communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and create presentation decks for recurring business reviews.
