Leads daily manufacturing operations, supervising employees and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Implements Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, reviews production metrics, develops corrective action plans, coordinates staffing and schedules, manages equipment maintenance, and ensures throughput and training objectives are achieved. Collaborates with planning, operations, customers, and suppliers while driving cost reduction and process improvements.

Manage sales growth across an assigned territory by expanding customer relationships, developing prospects, preparing proposals and quotes, resolving service issues, sourcing packaging materials, and coordinating efficient fulfillment. The role requires B2B industrial sales experience, strong prospecting and communication skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and 15–20% overnight travel.

Supervises can assembly production across safety, quality, packaging, maintenance, staffing, and efficiency objectives. Coordinates with departments to meet production goals, monitors shift KPIs, leads startup meetings, maintains communication boards, and drives Lean and 5S practices. Troubleshoots production and mechanical issues with maintenance teams, controls labor and downtime costs, reviews inventory and tools, and submits employee hours for payroll.
