Manage full-cycle month-end close for Questar Canada, overseeing accounting for revenue, inventory and expenses. Lead FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, ad-hoc analyses and special projects. Supervise staff, collaborate with business leaders on accounting implications, and drive process improvements and efficiency across the organization. Bilingual and ERP/Excel expertise required.

Lead and train production staff to meet safety, quality, and production targets; coordinate with departments, monitor KPIs and shift performance, manage downtime and maintenance issues, implement Lean/5S improvements, handle payroll hours, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Support daily plant production by assisting with packaging, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Maintain safety, quality, housekeeping, report waste and issues, follow procedures, and work 12-hour rotating shifts with other production teammates.
