Balance modern software delivery and experimentation with reliable operation of business-critical legal systems. Establish engineering standards, develop people and capabilities, manage vendors and technology risk, and guide responsible AI adoption with appropriate privacy, security, professional, and human safeguards. Partner with legal practitioners, technology teams, and senior leaders to drive transformation and improve client and colleague outcomes.
