Lead the development and governance of legal knowledge across Personal Law. Design knowledge assets, playbooks, processes, and AI-enabled tools; collaborate with legal leaders, technology teams, and subject matter experts; and improve consistency, quality, efficiency, and knowledge sharing. The role also involves legal research and drafting, training, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, change management, and embedding best practices into everyday legal practice.

Provides legal, administrative, and client support to a Principal Lawyer in a public liability practice. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, managing files, coordinating court and expert materials, supporting hearings, handling finance and accounts tasks, maintaining client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and mentoring team members.

Represent clients in asbestos, silica, dust diseases, WorkCover, and personal injury litigation. Manage client relationships, legal matters, deadlines, and external referrers while pursuing fair compensation outcomes. Apply strong legal, analytical, commercial, communication, and organisational skills, contribute to business development, and provide leadership and guidance to the wider team.
