Front‑end client-facing lawyer role in Personal Injuries onboarding. Conduct initial consultations, assess claim viability, provide preliminary legal advice, prepare file notes and documentation, liaise with internal teams for smooth matter establishment, manage high enquiry volumes, and contribute to process improvements to enhance client onboarding.

Manage a substantial personal injuries practice across multiple offices, progressing complex Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and CTP matters end-to-end. Provide technical supervision to other lawyers, lead settlement negotiations, draft complex documents, and support business development and referral relationships. Regular travel between Brisbane, Ipswich, Browns Plains and Toowoomba required.
