Provides accounting support across multiple automotive dealerships, including vehicle sales transaction review, commission and rebate validation, invoice processing, vendor payments, accounts payable reconciliations, lien payoffs, customer refunds, financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end closing support. The role collaborates with dealership management, resolves discrepancies, supports process improvements, and may travel between locations.

Build and maintain AI applications, agents, automations, APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and secure integrations across dealership systems. Use multiple AI and development platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and Lovable, while managing version control, CI/CD, access security, governance, testing, and vendor evaluation. Develop connections among DMS, CRM, and data lake systems; troubleshoot workflows; monitor performance and ROI; and train nontechnical dealership staff on new tools.
