Manage day-to-day operations of a distribution center, lead and develop staff, meet financial and KPI targets, enforce safety and SOPs, oversee inventory and cycle counts, recruit and coach employees, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive continuous improvement.

Support day-to-day operations of a distribution center, supervise and coach warehouse staff, enforce safety and standard operating procedures, manage inventory counts and driver payroll, resolve customer service issues, and drive continuous improvement to meet financial and operational targets. Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and may lead the DC in the leader's absence.

Schedule and route deliveries, manage delivery manifests and stop records for contractor settlement, record missed/re-delivery issues, answer calls, maintain ticketing accuracy, print pick lists, follow safety and company policies, and complete required training to support warehouse delivery operations.
