Manage memorial product sales across an assigned Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey territory. Develop account strategies, identify target accounts, conduct sales presentations, maintain customer relationships, monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and budgets, and achieve volume and revenue targets. The role also includes training, trade show attendance, sales reporting, expense reporting, and frequent customer travel.

Leads a global business unit with full P&L responsibility for products and services, overseeing strategy, sales, marketing, customer service, distribution, inventory, operations, acquisitions, staffing, and succession planning. Manages a network of more than 50 distribution centers and 250 delivery vehicles, drives profitability and operational improvements, develops teams, engages customers, and represents the organization externally.

Designs, develops, tests, implements, and supports embedded software applications in C and C++ on Linux platforms using x86 and ARM processors. Participates throughout the product lifecycle, from prototyping and system design through production launch, optimization, maintenance, and end-of-life support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, database coordination, documentation, customer system design, user interface support, technology evaluation, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.
