Teams at Matters Graph LP

Conduct industry research, identify and recruit qualified experts, perform phone and email outreach, screen candidates, coordinate research consultations, maintain CRM records, track project metrics, and improve sourcing and outreach processes. The role supports consulting teams serving private equity and corporate strategy clients while developing communication, relationship management, research, and project coordination skills.

Associate Partners and Partners serve as trusted advisors, lead client project delivery, develop analytical approaches and thought leadership, mentor teams, ensure client success, shape company strategy, and drive business growth initiatives. The role requires exceptional client value creation, team leadership, deep engagement in delivery, and active participation in managing and expanding the consulting business.

Supports consulting case teams through market, customer, channel, and competitor research; conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis; develops PowerPoint and Word presentations; and helps translate findings into client recommendations and value creation strategies. Associates attend client meetings, present findings, contribute as subject matter experts, support internal entrepreneurial programs, and pursue ongoing professional development while working across industries.
