Lead mechanical engineering for electromechanical ground systems, design prototypes, validate performance, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight operations. Translate strategy into executable plans, track schedules, manage scope/budget, surface risks, align vendors and partners, coordinate production/flight/regulatory milestones, and improve planning and communication processes to enable fleet expansion and market launches.

Own and deliver backend services and APIs for delivery operations and partner integrations. Build and extend data pipelines ingesting flight and telemetry data. Collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Onboard Software, Operations, Safety, and Production to deploy and harden embedded subsystems for production fleets.

Design, implement, and harden safety-critical onboard subsystems in modern C++ on embedded Linux for autonomous BVLOS drone missions. Own features end-to-end, drive verification from simulation through flight test, triage field issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Safety, and Production to deploy and support production fleets.
