Configure, support, and enhance the Coupa Spend Management platform across procurement, invoicing, supplier management, workflows, and integrations. Support Oracle, SAP, and Workday interfaces using REST APIs and JSON/XML, troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, support releases and testing, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams on requirements, reporting, data validation, and system documentation.

Develop and deploy predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning models for supply chain challenges such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization. Build Python, SQL, and data models, apply advanced statistical techniques, validate data quality, and identify trends and anomalies. Partner with supply chain teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions, present insights, and continuously improve deployed models.

Supports ecommerce account management across Core Europe by onboarding customers, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring performance, coordinating forecasts and promotions, updating pricing, and ensuring accurate commercial execution. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams while providing operational support to account managers and contributing to revenue growth initiatives.
