Lead Hot Wheels adult fan brand strategy and day-to-day activations: define long-term positioning, plan integrated marketing campaigns, manage agencies and creative production, track campaign and franchise performance, and collaborate cross-functionally across product, content, retail, and experiences to drive awareness and growth.

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP/Director LATAM, managing calendar, complex travel, regional logistics, meetings, confidential documents, expense reporting, vendor liaison, and operational needs to optimize executive time and regional collaboration.

Design, develop, customize and implement Oracle ERP solutions (EBS/Fusion/NetSuite). Build integrations, custom forms/reports, middleware components, and support data migration, testing, performance tuning and post-go-live support while collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders.
