Lead project engineer duties: manage subcontractor procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, QA/QC, budget and schedule; coordinate with superintendent; execute 3-week look-aheads; identify scope gaps; mentor junior engineers; support buyout and procurement; maintain client and design-team relationships.

Develops, maintains, and monitors construction project schedules onsite. Creates baseline schedules, updates with as-built data, performs time impact and recovery analyses, prepares executive summaries, ensures contract compliance, coordinates team and subcontractor input, supports estimating/preconstruction and sales, and trains staff on scheduling practices.

Support project management by organizing submittals and RFIs, coordinating with subcontractors and design teams, participating in meetings, reviewing delivered materials, and conducting field walks with the Superintendent to support construction progress.
