The role requires collaboration across mechanical, electrical, firmware, systems, supplier, and manufacturing teams, with occasional field testing and travel. Candidates need mechanical design experience, hands-on hardware skills, GD&T and tolerance stack-up knowledge, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Own and improve Python-based production provisioning and test software for AI-enabled radar and sensing hardware. Build automation, backend services, APIs, diagnostics, monitoring, and production data collection while improving yield, reliability, test cycle time, and cost. Troubleshoot Linux, networks, containers, cloud systems, and connected hardware; support deployments and releases; introduce new products and tests; and partner with manufacturing and engineering teams onsite in Hoffman Estates with approximately 10% travel.
