Architect and design DeltaV systems, develop standards, provide training and mentorship, ensure QA/validation and regulatory compliance, support sales by developing proposals and estimates, troubleshoot technical issues, and scale company-wide DeltaV capabilities. Travel ~15-25% and work from one of several US offices while supporting client sites.

Lead and execute refinery process engineering projects (feasibility, debottlenecking, retrofits, new unit design). Engage clients and plant personnel, perform site visits and process evaluations, support process safety (HAZOPs, PHA, regulatory compliance), collaborate with multi-discipline teams, and mentor junior engineers while supporting business development.
