Lead full lifecycle of major industrial capital projects from pursuit and proposal through execution, construction, and closeout. Own client relationships, project profitability, risk and contract management, safety, and team leadership. Drive proposal development, governance reviews, change order resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Travel to client sites as required.

Designs, configures, tests, commissions, and supports ISA-88 batch automation solutions for industrial manufacturing clients. Develops functional specifications, recipes, procedural logic, control code, HMI/SCADA interfaces, historian integrations, and test plans. Leads software testing, factory and site acceptance testing, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and client support. Mentors engineers, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports proposals, and contributes to automation standards and continuous improvement. Travel of approximately 15–25% is required.
