Teams at Matrix Technologies, Inc.

Lead full lifecycle of major industrial capital projects from pursuit and proposal through execution, construction, and closeout. Own client relationships, project profitability, risk and contract management, safety, and team leadership. Drive proposal development, governance reviews, change order resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Travel to client sites as required.

Provide administrative and documentation support to engineering teams: proofread, edit, format, publish documents and proposals, enter data into project systems, assemble and distribute materials, manage schedules, assist with meetings and office tasks, and maintain team tools and processes while meeting deadlines.

Work on design, programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC-based control systems. Assist senior engineers to prepare functional and test specifications, write PLC code, develop HMI graphics, execute factory acceptance tests, perform on-site commissioning/start-up, and maintain client relationships across varied industrial projects.
