Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle of data products for CPG and retail clients. Translate business needs into requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate engineering and delivery teams, lead UAT and data validation, and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption. Establish governance, quality standards, SLAs, documentation, and monitoring while identifying analytics, demand planning, category management, and supply chain use cases. Contribute to client workshops, change management, and pre-sales activities.

Design, develop, and maintain automated API and web tests (Selenium/Playwright). Implement BDD (Cucumber), integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD, manage test artifacts in JIRA/XRay, and support non-functional testing, debugging, and continuous improvement for FinCrime applications.

Develop enterprise Power BI solutions from discovery through adoption. Responsibilities include semantic modeling, advanced DAX and Power Query development, dashboard UX/UI design, governance, performance optimization, stakeholder workshops, client presentations, usability testing, adoption tracking, proposal support, and mentoring junior team members.
