Own territory revenue and profitable growth by developing distributor partnerships, generating end-user demand, converting new business, expanding adhesive and sealant product adoption, and maintaining accurate pipelines and forecasts. The role involves technical product presentations, demonstrations, competitive conversions, distributor onboarding, account development, territory planning, CRM management, and collaboration with technical, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams.
