Diagnoses customer needs, delivers tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept, supports solution alignment, and helps customers onboard and adopt the platform. Builds trusted-advisor relationships, leads business reviews, identifies expansion opportunities, represents the company through technical evangelism, and channels customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Leads engineering productivity and operations for the Maia platform, setting strategy for agentic software delivery, shared engineering platforms, CI/CD, release automation, observability, and developer experience. Owns engineering metrics, reporting, cloud cost optimization, FinOps, tooling, vendor management, and technical procurement. Partners with engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Security while leading developer experience, release engineering, and CloudOps teams.

Own the full new-business sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from self-generated pipeline through closing six-figure net-new logo deals. Develop territory capture strategies with SDR, marketing, channel, product, and solution architecture teams. Build technology and consulting partner relationships, translate technical challenges into business value, manage enterprise contracts and RFPs, and consistently exceed acquisition targets.
