Lead and execute testing for Matillion's SaaS products, embedding quality across the SDLC. Maintain and improve automation frameworks, perform automation/security/accessibility/performance testing, promote shift-left practices, mentor team members, and support recruitment and continuous quality improvements.

Write, test, and release features and fixes for Matillion products within small teams.
