Success requires customer success or account management experience, commercial closing ability, technical fluency with cloud products, turnaround expertise, Salesforce proficiency, organization, independence, and composure under pressure.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers, converting flexible billing customers to annual contracts and recovering at-risk accounts. Monitor usage, customer health, commercial status, and churn risk; develop remediation plans; close pricing and contract changes; and coordinate with technical, support, and product teams.
