Define and own the architecture for Matia’s large-scale, cloud-native DataOps platform. Lead distributed system design on AWS, establish architectural standards, guide technology selection, mitigate technical risks, and translate business strategy into technical roadmaps. Provide hands-on design and coding guidance while mentoring senior engineers and architects. The role requires expertise in scalable SaaS systems, modern architecture patterns, AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, databases, Kubernetes, and messaging technologies.

Manage customer onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Define success metrics, build processes, and enhance customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and optimize Matia's DataOps platform, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
