New graduate talent opportunity with a general contracting company. Candidates should have education or training in a related field and between zero and three years of general contracting experience.

Lead commercial construction projects from pursuit through close-out, managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, contracts, risks, budgets, billing, and stakeholder relationships. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal personnel while overseeing preconstruction, tendering, scheduling, compliance, and project performance. The role requires site travel across Toronto and the GTA, active construction-environment work, and collaboration across office and field settings.

Supports construction project delivery through document control, RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, change orders, procurement and submission schedules, contract and drawing reviews, meeting coordination, and project reporting. The role maintains accurate project records, communicates updates among stakeholders, identifies scheduling conflicts and risks, and assists the Project Manager with financial and operational coordination across subcontractors, consultants, field staff, and clients.
