Teams at Maternity Care Coalition (MCC)

Coordinates doula mentorship and professional development programs, including recruitment, onboarding, mentor-mentee matching, workshops, participant tracking, evaluations, and payment processes. Supports doula training graduates, certification, coaching, workforce partnerships, community outreach, funder reporting, and program administration. Represents the organization at community events and maintains program records while collaborating with internal teams and workforce development partners.
