Manage and grow key semiconductor accounts by selling PVD electronic materials. Develop account plans, build pipeline, conduct technical discussions, forecast in CRM, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate contracts, and travel extensively to support customers and drive revenue.

Provide plant administrative support including communications, purchasing, onboarding, visitor management, ETQ training tracking, reporting, and vendor/project coordination. Assist controller with invoices and financial reports, maintain project documentation, and manage onsite services and supplies to keep plant operations running smoothly.

Lead commercial execution and go-to-market strategy for the Americas, overseeing sales, customer service, distribution and channel teams. Drive revenue, margin, forecasting, pricing, large-business wins, and market development in Defense, Space, and Nuclear Energy. Build high-performing teams, mentor talent, capture voice-of-customer for product development, partner globally to scale best practices, and ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
