Materion Benefits Overview

Develops and maintains supply chain, inventory, production planning, KPI, and Power BI reports. Analyzes safety stock, reorder points, capacity, inventory trends, and supply chain scenarios to recommend improvements. Establishes production and inventory plans, manages material demand and production orders, monitors backorders and vendor work-in-process, and supports AS&OP meetings. Requires collaboration across manufacturing, sales, quality, engineering, and customer service, with 10% overnight travel.

Provide customer-facing engineering support to develop product/process solutions, define CTQs, resolve design and quality issues, support sales growth, represent the company at customer sites and trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally on product strategy and execution. Significant travel required.

Maintain and improve plant manufacturing processes via continuous improvement, process controls, troubleshooting, SOP and training development, capital project management, and supplier/customer technical support. Lead yield and performance improvements, support operations and maintenance, and participate in EHS and safety practices.
