Lead and operate Materialize's AI-native revenue operations: own GTM systems and data quality, manage forecasting, deal desk, comp and quota modeling, build dashboards and metrics, run GTM planning, and grow a scalable RevOps team while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Design and deliver database improvements with attention to correctness, reliability, and performance. Own projects end-to-end (design through on-call), debug complex distributed systems, improve reliability, observability, and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and share knowledge through mentorship, docs, and public writing.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales within a named territory: generate pipeline (inbound/outbound), lead technical evaluations, negotiate and close six- to seven-figure deals, expand accounts, collaborate with Field Engineering, and travel ~25-30% for in-person customer engagement.

Lead field marketing and events to generate enterprise pipeline: plan conferences, webinars, hackathons, and customer events; source customer case studies; distribute content across website, social, and newsletter; run integrated campaigns; align with Sales/Product; set KPIs and measure marketing impact to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
