Perform interior and exterior painting for facility renovations, including surface preparation and repairs, maintaining clean work areas, following safety procedures, and working independently to complete projects on schedule while respecting residents and staff.

Coordinate and complete resident MDS assessments (admission, quarterly, annual, Medicare, change-of-condition), ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation and MDS software data, lead interdisciplinary meetings, update care plans, generate quality reports, and submit timely MDS data while collaborating with nursing and corporate billing to support resident-centered care.

Provide leadership and support for nursing staff and resident care in a long-term care setting. Oversee staffing, care planning, MDS, infection control, documentation, hiring/training, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with physicians and consultants.

Lead and coordinate nursing care for residents: supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, document assessments, implement care plans, educate staff, participate in shift reports, maintain infection-control and safety practices, and address staffing needs to ensure continuity of quality care.
