Teams at Mat-Su Health Services, Inc.

Provide peer-based life skills training and therapeutic interventions to clients, document and monitor client behavior, assist coordination with agencies, participate in treatment planning and crisis interventions, maintain accurate records and follow HIPAA. Work independently to plan and run program activities while offering caring, positive support to clients and team members.

Provide integrated behavioral health screening, short-term individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, consultations with primary care, referrals to higher levels of care, and complete clinical documentation and billing within an FQHC.

Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, collect registration information, and provide courteous front-desk support in a fast-paced medical office while following HIPAA and office procedures.
