The Human Resources Manager supports warehouse operations by administering HR programs, maintaining employee records and HRIS data, conducting orientations and training, managing employee relations and workers’ compensation claims, tracking HR metrics, supporting safety initiatives and incident investigations, coordinating performance management and exit processes, and ensuring consistent application of policies and labor regulations.

Builds and maintains time-series demand forecasts using statistical and machine-learning methods. Owns forecast accuracy, analyzes demand and supply variability, and develops inventory and safety-stock recommendations. Supports S&OP, replenishment, fill-rate improvement, and cross-functional consensus. Extracts data from SAP, creates Power BI and Excel reporting, collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders, and applies AI tools such as Claude to improve forecasting, analysis, documentation, and automation.

Sources parts and materials for manufacturing by negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, supporting new-part qualification, resolving quality and delivery issues, maintaining SAP and procurement data, expediting orders, and coordinating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams. The role also evaluates supplier performance, leads cost-improvement initiatives, supports product development, and ensures material availability and on-time delivery.
