Coordinates inbound materials and outbound customer shipments, including SAP transactions, bills of lading, shipping labels, schedule updates, carrier communications, documentation, and routine clerical support. Maintains timely material movement, answers calls, directs visitors, and manages customer shipping accounts while working independently in a warehouse distribution environment.

Supports HR and warehouse operations by maintaining employee records, updating HRIS data, conducting orientations and training, coordinating employee relations, managing workers’ compensation claims, reinforcing safety programs, tracking HR metrics, supporting performance management, and conducting exit interviews. The role partners with Operations and EH&S to promote compliance, workplace safety, employee engagement, and consistent application of company policies.

Supports inbound, inventory, outbound, or shipping operations while serving as a certified material-handling equipment trainer and RF subject matter expert. Responsibilities include training employees and temporary workers, following warehouse processes, maintaining safety and cleanliness, complying with company policies, and meeting quality and productivity standards. The role offers cross-functional training and advancement opportunities into warehouse specialist or leadership positions.
