Part-time product design contract to lead web and mobile UX/UI from concept to implementation. Create responsive Figma designs, prototypes, and pixel-perfect visuals; build responsive HTML/CSS marketing emails; collaborate with PMs and marketers in agile teams; maintain visual consistency and iterate on designs to simplify complex flows.

Serve as the companys primary in-house lawyer, personally handling securities offerings, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, governance, IP, privacy, employment matters, and legal infrastructure while advising cross-functional teams and implementing compliance processes.

The Senior Financial Advisor will build relationships with UHNW clients, advising on art investments, attending gallery events. Responsibilities include client follow-ups and portfolio advisory.
