Lead integration and execution across Customer Success, Media, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive client experiences, drive revenue growth, and improve processes. Serve as senior client contact, oversee reporting and onboarding, identify upsell opportunities, support sales, and manage and develop Customer Success Managers and Creative Directors to meet performance goals and scale service delivery.

Manage and sequence direct-mail campaign workflows across planning, creative, proofing, production, print buying, and data teams. Control capacity and WIP, prevent bottlenecks, ensure job readiness, run review/proofing cycles, maintain workflow records in operational systems, and escalate production risks to leadership.

Own day-to-day health of client tracking across 100+ sites: deploy and maintain tags, triage telemetry alerts, debug conversion events, support client onboarding, manage consent requirements, and serve as primary telemetry helpdesk while documenting configurations and improving automation.
