Perform carpet and floor cleaning/maintenance in hospitality settings using appropriate equipment and chemicals. Inspect areas, pre-treat stains, vacuum, move furniture, maintain equipment and supplies, assist guests, report maintenance issues, and follow safety and company procedures to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Assist supervisors and housekeepers by removing soiled linens and trash, stocking supplies, delivering linens, maintaining cleanliness of storage and floors, reporting maintenance and lost-and-found, moving furniture, assisting guests, and supporting timely unit turnovers. Ensure safety, timeliness, and strong customer relations while following company procedures and training.
