Manage client relationships for commercial services through regular site and tenant inspections, timely reporting, issue follow-up, payroll and budget assistance, supplies management, and continuous communication with Area Managers to ensure contracted services are met. Bilingual communication and occasional travel required.

Support housekeeping supervisors and housekeepers by delivering and removing linens, emptying trash, maintaining supply closets, reporting maintenance and lost-and-found, moving furniture, assisting guests, and ensuring timely, safe, and clean units across assigned buildings.
