Oversees the Applications team, Workday and other core platforms, integrations, vendors, budgets, security, compliance, AI governance, and technology projects. Partners with business and IT leaders to develop roadmaps, drive adoption, manage change, improve operational performance, and deliver measurable business value through enterprise applications.

Processes weekly payroll and billing for assigned resort sites, including data entry, invoice processing, payroll record maintenance, timecard review, discrepancy research, reporting, and software troubleshooting. The role audits completed site payroll, safeguards confidential information, responds to employee and management inquiries, and communicates emerging issues. It requires attention to detail, knowledge of multi-state payroll, strong Excel and Word skills, and occasional local travel.
