Manage accounts receivable portal onboarding and maintenance, upload and verify invoices/credit notes, troubleshoot portal issues, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, ensure compliance and data protection, generate portal activity reports, and recommend process improvements to support collections and revenue recovery.
