Prepares, processes, inspects, and packages customer parts through a black oxide finishing operation. Responsibilities include counting parts, completing paperwork, loading and unloading racks, operating a hoist, maintaining chemical bath conditions, cleaning equipment, assisting with deliveries, and following production and safety procedures. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, safe lifting, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Manufacturing, metal finishing, hoist, and forklift experience are beneficial but training is available.

Set up, program, and operate Swiss-style machines to manufacture precision parts. Read blueprints and specifications, inspect parts with precision measuring equipment, adjust tooling, monitor tool wear, troubleshoot production issues, perform routine maintenance, document production and quality information, and follow safety procedures. The role requires maintaining tight tolerances, consistent quality, and production deadlines while working independently in a manufacturing environment.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes; create, modify, and troubleshoot G-code/CAM programs; read blueprints and GD&T; perform precision measurement and tooling/setup; collaborate to optimize processes and maintain quality and safety.

Perform anodizing and oxide finishing tasks: prepare, rack, mask, clean, rinse, inspect, and operate finishing tanks. Load/unload materials, follow quality and safety procedures, and assist with general shop labor. Hands-on training provided; teamwork and reliability required.
