The Sales Manager at Silvaseed will generate and secure large-scale seed and seedling contracts, manage relationships with major timber companies, and align operations with growing capacities while representing the company at industry events.

Support production, packing, and distribution of container and bare-root forest seedlings. Monitor growth, mix/apply fertilizers, scout for pests, keep computerized records, operate control systems and forklifts, perform greenhouse maintenance, assist training, and obtain pesticide applicator certification within required timelines.
