To Alex Mark, ‘synergy’ isn’t a buzzword. It’s what he works to optimize as MassMutual’s director of customer communications technology. Whether it’s sunsetting a legacy company platform or transitioning from another organization’s tech stack through a merger or acquisition, he aims to make these shifts as synergistic as possible.
