Own user acquisition and full-funnel optimization across paid and organic channels. Design experiments, analyze cohorts and unit economics, improve conversion quality, build growth dashboards, and develop scalable acquisition strategies. Develops growth strategy with senior leadership, improves acquisition efficiency and qualified conversions, coordinates campaign execution, and builds a scalable experimentation framework. Requires strong funnel analytics, cohort analysis, unit economics, and communication skills.

Lead the launch and ongoing marketing of Trial Relay, a physician-focused digital product. Plan and measure campaigns across email, social, search, and physician networks; create launch content; coordinate with product, growth, and provider engagement teams; incorporate physician feedback into product development; and track sign-ups, activation, and usage to optimize performance.
