Full-cycle HR generalist role supporting global recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, contractor payments, HR administration, employee records, PTO tracking, benefits support, engagement initiatives, policy rollout, and ad-hoc HR analytics while operating during Eastern Time business hours.

Lead end-to-end data and technology partnerships with oncology navigation, payer, provider, and health data platforms. Source, structure, and negotiate API integrations, data licenses, referrals, and RWE collaborations. Coordinate integrations (FHIR, mCODE, OMOP), legal/data governance (BAAs, MSAs, HIPAA), and cross-functional teams. Monitor competitive landscape and represent the company at industry conferences.

Physician performs clinical review and QA of AI-abstracted oncology data, assesses patient eligibility for trials, documents findings, and collaborates with Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve AI-driven patient-to-trial matching workflows.
