Supports the CEO and executive team through strategic analysis, performance tracking, commercial modeling, market research, meeting preparation, and cross-functional project ownership. Analyzes business, customer, market, and operational data to identify opportunities and risks, develops recommendations, supports partnerships and growth initiatives, and drives follow-through across teams. The role also develops deeper expertise in a functional area such as commercial growth, customer success, partnerships, or patient growth.

Own engineering delivery coordination across multiple technical workstreams. Manage Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, and automation; facilitate Agile ceremonies; track progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and timelines; coordinate technical teams and external partners; report delivery health to leadership; support client demonstrations and engineer onboarding. The role requires strong communication across global teams, professional English and Turkish proficiency, and hybrid work in Istanbul.

Build and expand a physician referral network across Mexico for clinical trial enrollment by conducting outbound outreach, in-person visits, CRM management, reporting, and cross-team coordination while collecting physician feedback.
