The role requires healthcare business development experience, oncology or clinical research knowledge, and comfort with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Manage website content, SEO, social media, executive thought leadership, multimedia assets, and AI-powered content workflows. Create and optimize patient-facing, corporate, marketing, and recruitment content across digital channels. Support growth initiatives, monitor performance, maintain brand consistency, and ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Own a defined area of an AI-powered oncology platform, managing its backlog, specifications, release notes, documentation, analytics, and performance measures. Write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate backlog grooming and sprint planning, collaborate with engineering and clinical teams, gather user feedback, prioritize improvements using data, and validate product releases.
