Handles incoming and outbound customer calls, resolves inquiries and billing questions, schedules services, confirms appointments, collects overdue payments, and welcomes prospective customers. Additional duties may include daily reporting, updating customer accounts, accounts payable, HR paperwork, and payroll processing. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, computer, typing, 10-key, time-management, and organizational skills.

Provides irrigation services and customized service plans for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include delivering strong customer experiences, communicating solutions, completing paperwork accurately and promptly, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful background check.
