Represents Massachusetts in antitrust investigations and litigation before state and federal courts. Handles complex matters involving mergers, price fixing, competition law, and economic issues; collaborates with state and federal enforcement agencies; manages cases independently and with legal teams; and may contribute to policy development and legislation. Requires Massachusetts bar membership or imminent eligibility, litigation experience, strong advocacy, sound judgment, and the ability to analyze complex legal, business, financial, and economic concepts.

Investigate and litigate complex Massachusetts False Claims Act matters, including qui tam actions. Duties include obtaining documents and testimony, interviewing witnesses, analyzing evidence, drafting memoranda, negotiating settlements, managing discovery and motions, and handling trials. The role requires collaboration with state, local, federal, and whistleblower representatives in a public interest enforcement environment.
