Provide administrative and operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee recordkeeping, HR systems maintenance, employee communications, event coordination, and compliance with employment laws and policies.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and ETL processes; build OLAP schemas, SSRS reports and BI visualizations (Tableau/Power BI); administer DB security, backups, performance tuning, and deployments; support application back-end troubleshooting, gather business requirements, and participate in SDLC and disaster recovery planning.

Coordinate IT projects by supporting planning and execution, scheduling and documenting meetings, maintaining project documentation and tracking tasks in PM tools, communicating updates and risks to stakeholders, assisting with QA/testing, and escalating issues to leadership.

Manage and improve Capital Planning data systems, create automated pipelines, enforce data governance, reconcile and standardize reports, produce analyses and visualizations for leadership, support coordination with IT, and assist training and documentation to enable data-driven decision making.
