Lead human-translation and indication-prioritization for a non-surgical wireless nano-electronic neural implant platform. Select beach-head indication, build regulatory and clinical strategies (FDA, EU MDR, ROW), drive milestone plans from GLP/preclinical to pivotal trials and approval, and coordinate KOL, payer, and commercialization activities.

Manage lab infrastructure and equipment, ensure BSL-2 and EHS compliance, prepare IACUC/IBC protocols, support grant writing, patent filings, budgeting, and supervise lab administrative operations while coordinating with engineers on custom equipment and facilities needs.

Hands-on role performing in vitro neural recordings from cultured neurons (patch clamp, MEA, calcium imaging), neuron culture, electrical modeling (Hodgkin-Huxley), and data analysis. Contribute to studies of neuromodulation and neural plasticity and collaborate on experimental design and interpretation.
