Manages and expands employer, industry, alumni, and community partnerships to support enrollment, workforce education, curriculum development, and experiential learning. Responsibilities include relationship management, partnership proposals, contracts, events, stakeholder collaboration, employer research, CRM recordkeeping, performance reporting, and process improvement. The role represents the university at industry events and requires occasional travel between campuses and partner locations.

Provides individual, group, and classroom career coaching for undergraduate and graduate healthcare students. Advises on resumes, interviews, networking, professional branding, and job-search strategies; delivers workshops and maintains knowledge of employment trends. Collaborates with faculty and staff, supports career communications and digital platforms, participates in university events, contributes to reporting, and helps connect students with alumni, employers, and mentors. The role is based in person at the Boston campus with occasional travel to Worcester.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, personnel records, I-9 verification, and employee engagement. Facilitates adjunct faculty hiring, processes confidential transactions and invoices, responds to employee questions, and supports compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
