Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between Ellucian Colleague SaaS and campus systems using Ethos and extensibility tools. Build reports, manage data integrity, configure middleware/APIs, monitor performance and security, document architectures, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and contribute to ITSM and modernization projects.

Provide advanced technical support and systems engineering for campus endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, ChromeOS). Administer Jamf and Apple School Manager, support Intune/KACE, manage Munki and patching, troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, coordinate licensing and print infrastructure, maintain endpoint security/backup (Sophos, CrashPlan), and contribute to roadmap, documentation, and cross-functional planning.
