Leads multiple enterprise-wide quality initiatives across hospital quality, compliance, infection control, risk, and safety. Develops project plans, manages timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables, and facilitates cross-functional committees. Partners with executive, clinical, operational, and external stakeholders to improve patient safety and quality outcomes. Maintains project documentation, communicates status, resolves issues, and provides guidance to project coordinators and managers.

Manages clinical education and training programs, including schedules, budgets, projects, stakeholder coordination, reporting, risk mitigation, and grant administration. Oversees staff training, community-facing educational activities, live trainings, online content, and partnerships supporting veteran and military family mental health services. Analyzes program data, prepares reports, identifies funding opportunities, and coordinates grant applications through implementation.

Provides routine administrative and clerical support for individuals, groups, or departments. Responsibilities include preparing reports and correspondence, editing documents and spreadsheets, managing calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings and travel, processing expenses, handling calls and correspondence, and maintaining files. This onsite, entry-level role operates under close supervision and requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, and basic office procedure skills.
