Provide dining service for residents at a care community: set up and assemble food, present the menu, serve meals, meet resident needs promptly, interact professionally with residents and families, maintain uniform, and attend mandatory training.

Serve as an HR liaison and strategic partner to affiliate leadership, advising on employee relations, workforce planning, retention, performance management, investigations, compliance, succession planning, and HRIS data. Lead HR initiatives, training, policy interpretation, and collaborate with legal counsel and HR team to improve HR operations and organizational effectiveness.

Provide courteous table service to senior living residents during evening meals: take orders, serve food and beverages, clear and reset tables, follow pre- and post-meal procedures, attend menu meetings and in-services, maintain dress code, and perform other assigned duties.
