Provide table service to assisted living and memory care residents: take and serve orders, participate in menu meetings, set and clear tables, follow cleaning schedules, attend trainings, wear uniform, and perform other assigned dining duties.

Provide courteous table service to residents during evening meals, including food setup, presenting menus, meeting resident needs promptly, and maintaining professional interactions and appearance. Complete preparatory and post-service tasks and attend mandatory trainings.

Serve as an HR liaison and strategic partner to affiliate leadership, advising on employee relations, workforce planning, retention, performance management, investigations, compliance, succession planning, and HRIS data. Lead HR initiatives, training, policy interpretation, and collaborate with legal counsel and HR team to improve HR operations and organizational effectiveness.
