Supports day-to-day hardware operations by tracking inventory, shipments, parts, packaging, and finished goods. Coordinates domestic logistics, carriers, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams; maintains accurate records; flags discrepancies and delays; and helps resolve operational issues. The role may grow into purchase orders, international shipping, production builds, rework coordination, inventory planning, and manufacturing issue tracking.

As a Technical Support representative, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with Mashgin's products while providing exceptional service.

Full‑stack developer responsible for end‑to‑end feature development for kiosk software and backend infrastructure. Work spans web stacks, hardware interfaces, and visual components, owning projects from design and prototyping through production, maintenance, and scaling. Collaborate with interdisciplinary hardware, software, and design teams and deliver reliable, production‑quality code.
