Leads a small engineering team while remaining hands-on, owning technical direction, delivery, quality, hiring, and team growth. Builds and reviews software across the stack for point-of-sale kiosks, backend services, and customer-facing features. Translates ambiguous goals into technical plans, collaborates across hardware, software, and design, manages production ownership and on-call responsibilities, and determines when systems should be rebuilt for scale.

Supports day-to-day hardware operations by tracking inventory, shipments, parts, packaging, and finished goods. Coordinates domestic logistics, carriers, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams; maintains accurate records; flags discrepancies and delays; and helps resolve operational issues. The role may grow into purchase orders, international shipping, production builds, rework coordination, inventory planning, and manufacturing issue tracking.

Full‑stack developer responsible for end‑to‑end feature development for kiosk software and backend infrastructure. Work spans web stacks, hardware interfaces, and visual components, owning projects from design and prototyping through production, maintenance, and scaling. Collaborate with interdisciplinary hardware, software, and design teams and deliver reliable, production‑quality code.
