Manage tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax audits, authority correspondence, and tax policy across Uzbekistan and other CIS markets. Provide tax advice to finance and commercial teams supporting renewable energy projects throughout development, construction, and operations. Ensure timely filings, payments, FATCA/CRS compliance, and alignment with HQ policies. Collaborate with tax, finance, legal, and business stakeholders on tax structuring and regulatory matters.

Provides project-specific quality assurance and quality control for the Dogger Bank South offshore wind project. Reviews contractor and supplier quality documentation, supports audits and inspections, monitors quality performance, manages non-conformances and corrective actions, and contributes to root cause investigations and continuous improvement. The role coordinates quality requirements across procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover while engaging project teams, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and regulators.

Provides electrical engineering and operational support for offshore wind transmission assets, including HVDC and HVAC systems. The role performs root cause analysis, improves asset reliability and availability, supports operational readiness, evaluates designs and O&M solutions, optimizes maintenance strategies, and contributes to asset management frameworks. It also manages interfaces with control centers and transmission owners, supports contractors and tenders, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and information security requirements.
