Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, posting, vendor payments, reconciliations, check runs, cash forecasting, vendor onboarding, and discrepancy resolution. Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices, approvals, purchase orders, and receipts. Prepare required filings such as Form 1099, maintain accurate financial records, and support treasury activities and special projects.

Manage workers’ compensation, commercial auto, general liability, property, and other insurance claims from initial reporting through resolution. Responsibilities include collecting documentation, coordinating with employees, managers, adjusters, medical providers, attorneys, and carriers, maintaining electronic claim files, tracking deadlines and open claims, coordinating return-to-work information, and escalating issues when necessary.

Assistant Controller supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, general ledger, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, procure-to-pay processes, and month-end close. The role analyzes manufacturing variances, ensures GAAP compliance, supports ERP and process improvements, partners with operational leaders, and supervises accounting staff.
