Provides outpatient psychiatric care Monday through Friday, treating approximately 15 patients daily without nights, weekends, or call. The role includes AI scribe and back-office support, a $280,000–$300,000 base salary plus RVU bonuses, benefits, relocation assistance, CME support, and a partnership track after three years. Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists are welcome, including new graduates. A Tennessee medical license is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities include seeing approximately 20 patients daily, hospital rounds, phone-based call coverage, and one weekend per month. New graduates receive mentorship, and physicians can pursue practice membership beginning in year two.
