Supports budgeting, long-range planning, strategic projects, KPI development, performance reporting, customer analysis, and business decision-making. Prepares monthly budget reports, dashboards, presentations, and ad hoc analyses; monitors process improvements; facilitates Hoshin Kanri and A3 planning; coordinates with department heads to identify variances and corrective actions; and supports customer visits and needs analysis.

Leads industrial engineering activities for product development and pre-production, including risk assessment, factory integration, layouts, Yamazumi analysis, machine settings, chassis manufacturing, automation, and manufacturability improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in physical science, textile engineering, or a related field, plus 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.

Coordinates apparel product development and order execution activities from design concept through bulk tech pack handover. Responsibilities include managing customer calendars, planning timelines, monitoring raw material availability and inventory, supporting procurement data and supplier payments, negotiating supplier terms, and maintaining accurate order management plans. The role requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, computer literacy, and knowledge of SAP and product development processes.
