Support the Merchandising team in sample development and production readiness: coordinate pre-production fit samples, order trims and fabrics, liaise with suppliers, track deadlines, maintain order records, forecast sample inventory, and process new sample requirements using customer tech packs.

Prepare and validate VAT and export schedules, manage tax invoice collection and filing, process SVAT/credit vouchers, handle VAT refunds, import credits, withholding tax clearances, stamp duty, and support IRD assessments.

Partner with business leaders to manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation queries, HR system requests, employee surveys, and employer branding activities; ensure policy and legal compliance and timely HR administration.
