The Senior Pattern Technologist leads the technical aspects of product development, ensuring alignment with design intent and specifications while managing a team of pattern technicians.

Act as HR business partner for the Bodywear division, driving performance management, system/process administration, goal moderation, headcount accuracy, grievance handling, performance improvement, and liaising with central HR to ensure timely, auditable HR processes and data-driven leadership reporting.

Support the Merchandising Team in sample development and production readiness: order trims and fabrics, manage supplier relationships, track sample inventory and timelines, maintain accurate order records, and coordinate with internal teams to meet sample and production deadlines.
