MAS Holdings Benefits Overview

Supports weekly reporting and day-to-day operations for the merchant team. Responsibilities include maintaining and creating weekly reports, understanding reporting tools, and assisting with administrative activities. The role is based in Horana and is intended for a final-year undergraduate studying business administration or a related field.

Supports apparel product sample development, customer order and forecast follow-up, production coordination, costing information, raw material monitoring, capacity planning, supplier relationships, and timely order fulfillment. The intern also helps maintain production systems, coordinate internal teams, address delays, and support product commercialization and customer retention.

Supports administration by maintaining transportation, canteen, cleaning staff, and third-party personnel records; coordinating meal arrangements; keeping the line manager informed; and organizing committee meetings. The internship provides hands-on administrative experience within MAS Bodywear’s manufacturing operations.
