Provide senior leadership for disability access, international student services and cultural/global education. Ensure ADA and SEVIS compliance, develop strategic goals and policies, supervise staff, manage budgets, lead assessment and reporting, and partner with campus units to advance inclusive practices, student persistence, and global engagement.

Manage recruitment for assigned territories with emphasis on transfer students; counsel prospective students and families; evaluate applications; plan and attend recruitment events (in-person and virtual); use data to drive territory strategy; support on-campus events, reporting, and staff training; participate in outreach and community partnerships. Requires travel, evening/weekend work, and use of multiple communication technologies.

Manage daily operations of the School of Nursing Professions office, including data collection, processing, and analysis for admissions, progression, graduation, and accreditation. Serve as WebAdmit administrator and liaison with Admissions. Monitor and reconcile school budget, process invoices and travel reimbursements, and provide general office support (calendar, communications, web updates, bulletins). Assist with grant budget management, event planning and logistics, and respond to faculty and student inquiries. Serve as public face of the School and perform other assigned duties.
