Serve as chief academic officer providing strategic leadership for academic programs, faculty, accreditation, and student success. Oversee colleges, schools, academic support units, budgeting, and accreditation compliance while fostering shared governance, faculty development, and academic innovation to advance institutional reputation and enrollment growth.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for the university, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with tax and wage laws. Oversee Workday benefit integrations, vendor relationships, audits, reconciliations, multi-state compliance, retirement testing, and a Payroll Specialist. Partner with HR, Finance, IT and external agencies to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and maintain payroll policies and documentation.

Manage institutional data requests, surveys, accreditation evidence, and peer benchmarking. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, develop dashboards and visualizations, support SACSCOC compliance and review logistics, and translate findings into reports and recommendations to inform planning, enrollment, and program evaluation.
