Maintain and inspect MMH grounds, patios, parking lots, stormwater ponds and equipment. Oversee landscape contractor, manage snow/ice response, train staff, handle debris/tree removal, perform repairs, inventory supplies, power wash areas, and participate in a one-week on-call rotation.

Provide executive leadership and oversight for HR and payroll operations, including policy development, compliance, recruitment, performance management, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, training and development, HRIS/payroll systems, organizational development, and budget planning. Serve on executive team, supervise HR staff, manage external vendors, conduct investigations, and lead wellness and engagement initiatives.
