Serve as an HR business partner for assigned client groups delivering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and investigations, performance management, training, HRIS support, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and employment laws, drive employee engagement, and collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.

Perform regional undergraduate recruitment by attending and hosting college fairs, high school visits, and portfolio review events. Build relationships with schools and counselors, present about programs and campus life, review student portfolios, assist counselors with follow-up, complete event evaluations and expense reports, and perform related admissions duties.

Oversee daily operation of the film equipment cage, supervise and train staff and students, develop policies and documentation, manage inventory and repairs, run instructional workshops, and support academic program goals and long-term planning for the Film Centre.
