Performs cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures, operates catheterization and support equipment, assists physicians with sterile fluoroscopic procedures, monitors ECG and hemodynamic status, prepares patients, maintains equipment, and provides emergency care according to ACLS guidelines.

Coordinates discharge planning and case management for medically complex hospital patients. Assesses psychosocial and post-acute care needs, develops discharge plans, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams and community resources, documents care plans, addresses discharge barriers, and supports cases involving guardianship, abuse or neglect, end-of-life decisions, and medical power of attorney.

Performs ultrasound examinations for outpatient women’s imaging patients, preparing patients, verifying orders and histories, producing diagnostic-quality images, and presenting findings to radiologists. Maintains equipment, infection-control standards, documentation, inventory, and clinical competency. Supervises and supports students, participates in performance improvement, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires ARDMS or ARRT certification, BLS, physical stamina, and flexibility for irregular hours.
