Provide nursing oversight and coordinate care for assisted living/memory care residents. Supervise staff, establish and review service plans, manage medication systems, schedule nursing coverage, support on-call duties, develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote quality resident services.

Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily living for primarily senior residents in skilled nursing and assisted living. Follow individualized care plans, maintain infection control, communicate respectfully with residents and families, work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends), and complete employer-provided orientation and training. Must hold current CT CNA certification.

Support and lead recreational programs for senior residents in assisted living and memory care. Provide dining assistance, float between programs, adapt to varying locations, and promote social, cognitive, emotional, and physical wellbeing while collaborating with staff and families.
