Performs 3D/4D obstetric ultrasound exams, operates and maintains ultrasound equipment, reports failures, ensures quality assurance, documents studies in EMR, and maintains professional standards. Requires ARDMS or ARRT certification and BLS.

Provide direct and indirect ICU patient care, monitor clinical changes, perform assessments, communicate with healthcare team, respond to crises, follow unit staffing and policies, maintain licensure/certifications, float as needed, and work weekends/holidays.

Manage and resolve denied and underpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement. Analyze denial trends, coordinate with providers, payers, and internal teams, implement corrective actions, and improve claims processes and payment integrity.
